USCIS Application Processing Times

The processing times are updated regularly and can be helpful those planning to apply for immigration benefits or who are waiting for a decision on their pending applications.

When an individual submits an immigration application/petition to USCIS, they will receive a unique number. This number can be used to track the status of their case through the USCIS website. Case status updates can include information on whether the application has been received, if it is being processed, if any additional evidence/ information is needed, and if a decision has been made.
Provides information on the person’s name, location, and the facility where they are being held, as well as their case status and any available contact information for their deportation officer.
The Locator is designed to help friends, family, and legal representatives locate individuals who have been detained by ICE, and to provide information on their whereabouts and status.
*Information provided by the tool may not be up-to-date or complete, and users may need to contact ICE directly for more detailed information.
